Subscriptions and auto-renewal

The Corisse AI Matchmaker will be a paid membership. Memberships aren’t on sale yet. This page explains how they’ll work, so there are no surprises.

Plans and prices

• We’ll announce plans and prices before launch.
• We plan an introductory offer for founding-list members. Any offer will show clearly how long it lasts and what the full price will be afterwards.
• All prices will be in Australian dollars and include any GST that applies. No card surcharges. Prices are the same for everyone.

Auto-renewal

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period (for example, monthly or quarterly) and charge the card you used, until you cancel. Before you subscribe, we’ll show you the price, how often you’ll be charged and how to cancel.

If you’re on a founding or discounted price that’s due to change to the full price, we’ll email you a reminder at least 7 days before the first full-price charge.

Cancelling

• Cancel any time online, in your account settings. You won’t need to phone or email anyone.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
• Your consumer rights still apply. See Refunds & credits.

Pausing

Need a break? You’ll be able to pause your membership from your account settings. While it’s paused, you won’t be charged and you won’t receive new introductions. You can resume whenever you’re ready.

No fees or penalties

We never charge fees or keep your money as a penalty for ghosting, not turning up, declining an introduction, or cancelling. Leaving Corisse is always free.

What happens to your data when you cancel

When your membership ends, your profile stops being used for matching. We keep your account so you can come back easily, unless you ask us to delete it. You can delete your account at any time: after a 7-day cooling-off period (or straight away, if you choose) we delete your data, except records we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
